Lounge32 Dental Care and Implant Center (“Lounge32”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address and date of birth.
• Booking details: the treatment, doctor, date and time, and any short note you add.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or SMS.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used to keep the website secure.

We do not store clinical records on this website.

Why we use it

• To book, confirm, remind you about and manage your appointments.
• To tell you if your doctor is running late or needs to reschedule.
• To answer your questions.
• Only if you opt in, to send occasional tips and offers. You can opt out at any time.

How we message you

We send booking messages by WhatsApp and SMS through trusted service providers. We check whether your number uses WhatsApp so we can choose the best channel. Doctors see their bookings in their own calendar.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the providers who help us run the service (SMS and messaging gateways, hosting, database and calendar providers). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide care and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Call 077 307 7759 or email hello@lounge32.lk.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and changes to bookings are logged.
